Siddhartha Dikshit a 20 Years boy, after completion of a Diploma and bachelor's degree (B.TECH) in computer science, unofficially started a company in June 2004.

A game parlor of around 200sqft at Dumdum, Kolkata, India, has been converted into a software and web development office. With an initial loan from Rizwana Begum of Rs.45,000.00 ($750.00)

Initially, there were 5 contractual employees Souveek, Sourim, Milan, Partha, and Abhijit.

The first project was Rs. 1000.00 ($15.00) to design a website for Satish B.Ed College, Malda -- Thank you Mr. Satish sir believing us at that time

YEAR 2005

Company started business operation in Hyderabad, India

YEAR 2006

Vehement Technologies Private Limited Company registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Government of India on 18 JULY 2006

Comapany started business activities in USA & UK

YEAR 2007

Company started business operation at Newtown, Kolkata after purchase own office space of around 900 Sq. ft

YEAR 2008

Company Started to Develop ERP Software named vERP for a Kolkata-based manufacturing company The Moonlight Engineering Corporation to maintain there all Purchases, Sales, Inventory, Production, and Finance related activity

YEAR 2009

First Version of vERP 1.0 has been launched on 1 April 2009

YEAR 2010

Expanded the office from 900 Sq ft to 2100 sq ft.

YEAR 2011

Second Version of vERP 3.0 has been launched on 1 April 2011

The company started its business activities in Qatar

YEAR 2012

A Public limited company name ILICO SERVICES LIMITED Company registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Government of India on 12 MARCH 2012

YEAR 2013

Company started business operations in Delhi, Mumbai, Jaipur

YEAR 2014

Third Version of vERP 5.0 was launched on 1 April 2014.

The company started its business activities in Dubai and Bangladesh.

On 23 April 2014 ERP.BZ a SaaS ERP Has been launched.

YEAR 2015

Company started its business activities in Mexico.

Company started to construct its own office building of 7000 Sq ft at Newtown Action area - 1, Kolkata, West Bengal, India after purchasing land

Company started its business activities in African countries i.e Nigeria, Angola
